Working alongside the amazing team at The Quail Lodge & Golf Club, we are seeking a 2nd Assistant Superintended to support our Greens Department.

Key Accountabilities
- Schedule and supervise the Greens crew which includes working weekends and holidays
- Fill-in and act as 1st Assistant when necessary
- Supervise and participate in the fertilization, pesticide application, planting, and maintenance of the golf course, putting greens, and 5-acre event site
- Assist in the construction of and maintenance of the departmental budget
- Grow into a 1st Assistant
General Requirements
- You have a CA Qualified Applicator Certificate, Certified Pesticide License, or the ability to obtain within 6 months
- You have at least two years of golf course maintenance experience
- You have working knowledge of all Microsoft platforms (Excel, word, etc.)
- You have strong communication skills and the ability to lead others
- You want a challenge with a fun and skillful team!
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $66,560.00 per year
